Keating Wagner Polidori Free attorneys Melissa Hailey and Aaron Goldhamer are representing a group of plaintiffs who today filed a suit against the Federal Highway Administration for the agency’s approval of a project that would drastically impact the neighborhoods surrounding I-70 in Denver. The suit, which was filed on behalf of Kyle Zepplin, Kimberly Morse, Jacqueline Lansing, Christine O’Connor and Brad Evans, alleges that the approved project threatens to disturb contaminated soils and pollute the South Platte River as well as to drastically impact the residents of neighborhoods that are largely populated with lower-income residents.
