Attorney Aaron Goldhamer Promoted to Shareholder at Keating Wagner

Keating Wagner Polidori Free is excited to announce that Attorney Aaron Goldhamer has been promoted to partner at the firm. His client-centric representation both in and out of the courtroom, as well as his creative problem-solving and pro bono work, make this distinguished honor well-deserved.

About Aaron Goldhamer

Aaron Goldhamer joined Keating Wagner as an associate attorney in August of 2017. Since then, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve optimal legal outcomes. His clients include individuals, municipalities, large and small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Aaron has represented clients in a variety of disputes before both Colorado courts and administrative agencies.

His areas of practice include:

  • Sexual Assault / Child Sex Abuse
  • Workers’ Compensation

Aaron is a staunch litigator representing both businesses and individuals who have been harmed by another person or party in a position of trust in business cases. He has successfully navigated Colorado civil lawsuits between two thousand to two billion dollars at stake. Even still, he handles lower damage cases just as passionately as higher damage cases.

Aaron in the Denver Legal Community

Aaron is proud to be an active member of the Denver legal community. He serves as the Denver Bar Association (DBA) representative to the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Board of Governors. Additionally, in November 2023, he became the Region 1 representative to the Colorado Bar Association leadership selection committee and attended the first meeting on December 7, 2023.
