We are continuously monitoring multiple sources to stay up-to-date on who and what might be covered for COVID-19 claims under Colorado’s workers’ compensation program. While first responders, doctors, nurses, and other front-line workers who interact with the general public, may be eligible to file claims for COVID-19 coverage, many states are still working to determine what their programs will and won’t cover.
